Question: I AM SO FAT AND CANT STOP EATING OR WANTING TO EAT!!?
ok so basically i weigh 139 pounds and am 5-6 , i just hate it though!.!.!. aghhh i hate it so much ,!.!.!. i do so well for 2 days eating about 1400 cals and then i go binge and eat the whole ******* fridge and go buy more ******* things, i am so pissed of , i want to be thin, use to be i use to be anorexic !. i was 5-4- 5 and 70 pounds!.!. i actually would prefer to be that now , i know that is sick but couldnt i just be 100 pounds NOW !.!.!. agh
how can i stop this
is anyone going through the same thing
aghhh i hate myself

first of all you arn't fat, you are way taller than me and only a few pounds more!. You may see yourself fatter than you actually are!. To solve the problem, stop binging, eat healthy and exercise!. I know bulimia and anorexia are diseases so you may need help to quit, but once you do just control your diet and exercise and you will be at a good weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Like many things in life, learning to stop binge eating is all about regaining control that has been lost or sacrificed!. Control is one of the most important things you can have when it comes to unleashing the power of your mind!. Binge eating is generally outside the scope of control!. Real help lies in learning to train your thinking to lean towards healthier goals rather than those that are self destructive and out of control like bing eating!.

Consider two things:
One - If you're really thinking you're eating badly, consider a ready planned healthy eating diet!. Many clubs and books have them - then there would be security your diet was good!.
Two - it sounds as if there are still some negative attitudes left from after your anorexia!. If you think it would help, consider some help from your GP or therapy about attitudes to food, and what your diet is lacking or overindulging in!.
However, you don't sound fat!. Check your BMI!.

you're not too overweight so stop stressing!. im 5-2 and nine stone so i think we're about the same!. my problem isnt food!. its drink!. i cant put the wine bottle down!. but i think the answer for you and me is to walk!. lots of walking will burn it off!. i'm aiming for at least 30 minutes walking a day or more when ive got time!. i read somewhere today that its better to eat little and often!. have 5 small meals a day!. rather than let yourself get hungry so you eat the whole fridge!. drink lots of water too!. dont get anorexic again!. take it steady !. Wow!.!.what a moron!. NO OFFENSE but do you realize how stupid you sound!? You are slim! For me, at 5'3 150 pounds, I may be labeled overweight, but I LOOK GOOD!. I am a DD cup and have big hips and booty to even it out, but I swear this world is coming to the end if we have people who think they are fat when they weigh 130 pounds!. u are only 9lbs overweight!. When u are 5ft u should wiegh 100 lbs!. For every inch after that add 5 lbs!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you are not too overweight so now is the time to address your eating!.here are a few tips for you
1 never shop on an empty stomach
2 try snacking on fruit like grapes a pound of grapes will not hurt you
3 always have a good breakfast like cereals and toast or even a grilled english breakfast with bacon a sausage a poached egg mushrooms and toast and beans or tomatoes!.this will keep you full till lunchtime!.
4 if you need to snack between meals make sure its fruit or rice cakes
5lunchtime have a well packed out meat and salad sandwich followed by fruit
5 for dinner have either a starter and main course or a starter and desert for the desert tinned fruit and yoghurt is lovely!.
6 if you mess up one day dont beat yourself up just get back on it the next day!. good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com
