Hi, I can see a sip pack appearing when i flex my abs, but when im relaxed it doesnt show!.
So my question is: do i need to gain more ab muscle or do i need to do some cardio and loose fat!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Why not to do both !? :) Diet will make you abs more visible when not flexed but exercises will make them bigger, more sexy etc!. :) Try jogging a bit day after day, do not eat chocolate, junk food and other crap - eat a lot of protein rich food and for exercises - crunches :) for you this will work because as I understand you already have quite good developed ABS :) Good luck ;)Www@Answer-Health@Com
Apparently with abs its just a matter of reducing your body fat level!. The abs are already there, you just have to trim the fat!. Unfortunately there is no such thing as 'spot reduction' (trimming fat in just one area) so you have to do the cardio or some light, repetitive weights!.

Start with doing ab exercises first (to burn off the protein) and then go to about 15-20 mins of cardio (to burn off the fat)!.
Perhaps twice a day!?

gain more muscle, becuase muscle burns fat more than fat burns fat, so the more you do, the more you loose and the more they will showWww@Answer-Health@Com
