SO i am 14, 5'4'' and 126!. i know i am not overweight at all!. I would feel much better about myself if i lost a few pounds, so i have decided to!. I tend to snack when i am bored (upset, etc!.) but i have a good metabolism so i stay rather skinny!. (considering i also have a firefighter for a dad and he eats big portions and he eats reallllly fast! LOL)
So i need a couple questions answered!.
1) How skinny would be too skinny for me!? (i!.e!., if i dropped to something like 103 [though i doubt i will] would you think of me as too skinny or something!?)
2) are there any simple ways that i can exercise at home, without equipment!? Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you want to do it then I think you should aim to lose 10lbs (not for any particular reason - just that it's in the bracket you're looking at) but while you're doing it, do a few exercises that others suggest and keep your eye on it!. A bit lost and a bit of toning the ol' body and you may not want to lose any more!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

1!. Under 115 would be too skinny!.
2!. Jogging and jump rope are great ways to stay in shape at home!. (You'll need a rope but those are cheap!.)Www@Answer-Health@Com

103 is too little, in my opinion!. Start slow!.!.!. aim for 120, then 115!.!.!. looking too skinny can be as frustrating as looking like you could lose a few pounds!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

1!. I'd say about 110-115 would be good enough if you must lose weight at all!. Nothing wrong with 126
2!. Yoga is a great way to lose wait and stay fit!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

1) i would say dont lose anymore then 16 pounds cuz for ur height if you weighed 103 would be considered really underweight!! http://www!.nhlbisupport!.com/bmi/
2) push ups and crunches work really well because muscle burns a lot of fat, so anything like that would help a lot!

i tend to snack a lot when i bored 2! but once your able to stop u feel sooo much better and u dont want to go back to snacking when your bored! i was always eating way to much whenever i got bored so one day i tried just having peanut butter with crackers anytime i wanted a snack!. it filled me up pretty quick and peanut butter is good for you, now ive gotten to the point were ill just eat 4-5 peanut butter crackers a day and im not eating so much when im bored! try doing that with w/e snack you like that has some nutrition in it and hopefully it will help you 2! i dont know if ive lost any weight yet but i feel a lot better about myself at least =]
