Question: Does eating a healthy breakfast really help you to lose weight!? and does milk do the same, too!?
i heard eating breakfast can actually help to lose weight, but is that true!? it's hard to believe that putting more calories into your body can actually help you lose weight!. and i also heard that drinking milk also helps to lose weight!.!.!. are either of these true!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eating properly does in fact, help us lose fat!. it does this because when we eat periodically throughout the day, our metabolism stays reved up and working properly!. if we do not eat throughout the day, our metabolism slows down and it won't burn the stored fat we have!. Make sense!? this is why its always a bad idea to eat very low calorie diets!. don't get me wrong, you may in fact lose WEIGHT!. but this WEIGHT will not be fat!. Our body will burn its own muscle first, then fat last!. the end result of this is called "skinny fat"!. The person ends up looking sickly, not healthy!.

Drinking milk does not help to lose weight!. In fact, most people have minor alergies to dairy products in general!. When I write up programs for people who are trying to lose fat, i eliminate all dairy products!.

Dropping body fat takes time and patience!. We don't get into this condition overnight and we don't correct it overnight either!.

Hi, Erica, eating breakfast is really good for you because it literally wakes up your metabolism and gets it working for the day! It doesn't have to be a large meal, even a protein bar and a glass of milk would suffice, but it's important to eat something!. In addition, recent research shows that people who eat two eggs for breakfast (cooked any way) lose more weight that people who don't!. That theory is that the protein in the eggs keeps you satisfied longer so you actually eat less during the day!. In addition, last year, research showed that low-fat dairy products helped weight loss because the calcium encourages fat burning!

You metabolism actually works much more efficiently if you feed it small, healthy meals on a regular basis (every 3-5 hours)!. It becomes sluggish when it's not fed!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eating doesn't make you lose weight, on the contrary it makes you gain weight!. But having good breakfast is good for your body and perhaps makes you eat less during lunch time or dinner!. The morning is when your body needs food the most!. Have big breakfast and lunch but little dinner may help you lose weight in the way that you body will burn all those food duirng the day, but big dinner is when you just going to bed and that's when you gain weight!.
Milk doesn't make you lose weight either, it makes you gain weight!.

Eating breakfast doesnt necessarily make you lose weight!. Eating breakfast in the morning (and yes something healthy preffered) jumpstarts your metabolism for the whole day!. With your metabolism going first thing in the morning, your body will burn calories faster throughout the rest of the day!. So always eat breakfast in the a!.m!. and try not to eat your last meal any later than 8:30 pmWww@Answer-Health@Com

i would have to say yes if you eat something with no carbs in it do the akins diet i did you can eat alot just no carbs or soda its a great diet i lost 20 lb in just one month best luck to youWww@Answer-Health@Com
