the best all-in-one exercise for your back is rowing!. If you are gym user - you will find rowing machine over there!. You could also try "Lat Pulldown" and "Seated Pulley Row"!. Take a look here

Sit ups and cruches are ab exercises not back, good back exercises are pull ups (preferably with a wide grip), upright rows, dumbell rows and if you have access to a lat pulley machine thats good for your back too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
