Question: How to workout without getting bulky!?
I want to build my body but I don't want to have bulging muscles!. So what kind of workout should I do!? Am I supposed to stop working out after I get the desired body!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yeah man, keep working out after you reach your goal, you never know, your body could get even better!. And try doing a lot of cardio like situps, pushups and especially jogging!. Also, try and get some light dumbells maybe for circuit training!. Good luck dude!Www@Answer-Health@Com
