Will this work to lose weight and inches?!


Question: Will this work to lose weight and inches!?
and it's a 1000 calorie diet!. I'm also exercising!. My bmr is 1529 so how's this diet if I'm wanting to lose 2lbs a week!? I'm already exercising, and it's high in protein!. I'm just using low fat, low cal, it's really high in Vitamin C, And COMPLEX Carbs also! And there is a difference between complex carbs and regular carbs!. I'm on my sis's account, i'm 14, 143lbs and 5'6''f it matters!. I wanna lose weight, my original weight was 160lbs but it took 3 1/2 months to lose 20lbs I just gained back three while I was on vacation and CAN'T get it off! I wanna get down to 125lbs!. So how long should this take!? I can't burn off a lot of calories a day unfort, the most exercise I get to do is lunged, and 300 situps!. I also have karate, mon, wed, and fri for an hour each time!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I understand the need to loose weight!. However, please don't obsess about it!. If you have someone new in your life, he should love you as you are!. If you're doing it for yourself, that's good as well!. But again, you should learn to be happy with yourself!. Don't think you need to look like one of those skinny fashion models!. Don't think you need to look like some actress!. They're mostly fake anyway!. I'm not trying to stop you being healthy!. I just want you to be happy!. You go girl!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

ok, DO NOT EAT LESS THAN 1,200 CALORIES!. it is wayyy unhealthy and leaves you extremely hungry after days or weeks of eating that way!. also, you need more food if you are exercising!. you should eat at LEAST 1300 calories!. no less!. as for exercise, you are doing great, just try to mix it up every once in a while, it helps ur body work hard on stuff it isnt used to so it burn more calories than it would if ur activities were repetitive!. good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
