I'm 5'6'' 135 and i want to loose 15-20 pounds?!


Question: I'm 5'6'' 135 and i want to loose 15-20 pounds!?
I can loose weight but it's getting past the 130 line thats hard!.
I want to loose weight the right way because i've lost weight before, got really skinny, then gained it all back cause i did it the wrong way!. The problem with me is that my family buys nothing but JUNK! I have four little sisters and they have their snack food!.
Basically, the temptation is what gets me!. I rarely drink soda!.

Help! I don't care how long it takes i just want it to happen soon!.

Sounds like a good height/weight relationship to me!. I would not worry about it!.

If you still want to loose weight, consider any reasonable diet with plenty of exercise, and the weight will come off!.

What you really need to do is change your view of eating all together!. By that I mean to learn to eat healthy all the time and do not fall back into the old path of bad eating!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

I suggest Diet Green Tea and ALOT of cardio vascular training!. During summer I have lost 7 lbs of pure fat (132-125 Height:5'5 Age:15) while doing a little bit of lifting!. I got the feeling that I was getting to skinny when I got down to 123s so I went up to 127 and I look healthier!.

Although I dont suggest you cut that much!. I think you should just cut down to 127 or 130 and cardio and weight lift from there!.

Plus, if you cut that much you would have a hard time keeping it!. In the end, you dont want to feel miserable and mad that you could not keep your desired weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I personally don't think anyone 5'6 should weigh as little as you want, but if you're dedicated to it ( and have a sense of humor) I say to read the book "Skinny *****" It's funny and it's not so much a step by step program as much as a way to have a healthier lifestyle and by default losing weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
