Elliptical for sure - and to boost effectiveness, try interval training - So go as fast as you can with lower resistance for say 30 seconds, then 2 minutes at higher resistance but take the speed down!. There are many different speed / resistance ratios you can try - play around with them and see what works for you - But interval training is the BEST for fat burning!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Ellipticals are great for a warm up but, if you can grab a pair of weights suitable for your capability and do walking lunges!. Lots of metabolic stimulation involved with that! Www@Answer-Health@Com
if you can do a squat machine you will be burning the most calories elliptical should just be a warm up those machines are unrealistic and your body adapts very quicklyWww@Answer-Health@Com
