Question: How can i gain like 5-10lbs in one week plz help!?
i want to gain weight i can never gain weight i eat like crazyyyyyyy but never gain weight im 22 years old 5!.7/5 and im 100lbs tell me what to eat other than fast food b!.c i even tried to eat fast food for 4 months str8 day and night and didn workWww@Answer-Health@Com

Hey!.!.well I have a friend that is very skinny and she's trying to gain weight!. She went to her doctor and he gave her these supplements/vitamins!. He also gave her this type of powder she mixes with juice or milk!.!.!.it's like a milkshake you eat with your meals every day!. I think that would be a much healthier approach rather than eating the junk food to gain the weight!. So, make an appt with your primary care doctor and see what he says!. Mention to him the shake and the supplements!. The shakes tastes pretty good, I tried it!. It's loaded with vitamins and nutrients!. Hope I helped :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

1!. Eat more carbs, sugars, and fats at night!.
2!. Don't eat as much breakfast and totally CRAM at night!
3!. Sit in front of your computer or TV and snack on deep-fried foods!.
4!. Don't move around much if you don't have to!.
5!. Wear big clothes so that your body is not "restrained" in tight-fitting clothes!.
6!. Keep on eating fast food! Check out McDonald's website for their most calorie-full food and eat a lot of that!.
7!.Steer clear of water, veggies, and fruits!. If you're thirsty, drink non-diet sodas and milk shakes!. If you want a little snack, eat a couple of chocolate bars!.

lol u can gain 5-10 lbs in a week, with water and glycogen weight alone!.!.!. just eats plenty-o-carbs, particularly around times of rest and right b4 bed and make sure your calorie intake is pretty high, a quick wieght gain from 100 lbs!!!!! won't hurt you at all!.!.!. if you were perhaps already overweight and trying to gain, then is when it would be hard on your health, but not from someone as slim as you are!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You don't!. Gaining weight at that speed is unhealthy!. And don't try to do it by eating fast food!.

First of all I hate you! I wish I had your metabolism!. If you want to gain weight try eating a lot of peanut butter and jelly sandwiches!.!.!. I had to gain weight for an acting role and that's what got me!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
