Question: What should I do to lose weight now!?
Hi everyone, I began exercising and eating healthier regularly about 5 months ago!. I dropped from 260 to 220 (my height is 6'2")!. The first 20 pounds (260-240) came off like warm butter! The next 20 pounds wasn't as easy!. Everyday I do fifteen minutes of jump roping then fifteen minutes of burpees!. I eat a salad every day and I do not eat after 6 p!.m!. Do you have any suggestions as to how I can lose another 20 pounds!? My ideal weight goal is 190-200!. It's been about a month and I'm still 220!. Please Help!Www@Answer-Health@Com
