We called this "muscle failure" in the army!. I think lactic acid will make your muscles feel weak but fear not, you're really getting stronger!. Just drink lots of water it might help you get over that feeling faster!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes,this is absolutely normal!.
Idealy though, you should be able to lift those weights again 48 hours after your workout,so perhaps reduce the weight slightly and see if you notice an improvement!.
Never lift weights with the same muscles daily, they condition better if left to fully relax between training sessions!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Totally normal!. The second day is usually the worst!. If you train regularly, it will probably stop after a few weeks!. If you go off and on, you will experience this every time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, it is normal to feel weak and sore!. It's just because your body is not use to it!. It will get better!. If you are really concerned then you should make an appointment to see a doctor!. Hope this helps!Www@Answer-Health@Com
