Question: I am 5'3 and i weigh 172 lbs had a baby 3 months ago!. im 19!?
i need help i want to lose weight so bad!. i want to weigh at least 130 pounds by the end of january!. is this possible!? i have been eating around 900- 1000 calories a day for the past 3 weeks!. i also do 20 minutes of jogging, weights, and crunches a day 7 days a week!. i dont drink soda at all!. if you answer all these questions i will give u best answer!. how can i lose the weight without diet pills, or online diet or workout sites!? how much can i lose a week by doing this!? a month!? 2 months!? 3 months!?Www@Answer-Health@Com


Answers:
A way to lose it and keep it off is to drink plenty of water and eat things with less than 5g of fat per 100g!. Check the nutritional values on the back of the boxes/tins!.
You can eat as many steamed veggies as you like to stuff yourself full along with your lower fat meals!.
