Eat better, healthy snacks!. Run/walk on a daily basis, bike ride everywhere,exercise outside of kickboxing, cut back on junk food and sugar and caffeine also stop drinking sodas/coffee altogether etc, eat more vegetables, dont drink alcohol or smoke cigs!.get a personal trainer if you can afford it!.walk or ride bike instead of car as often as you can!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
