I need to get fit in 1 month! Help?!

Question: I need to get fit in 1 month! Help!?
I signed up for a school camp which involves surfing for the first 2 days, then White Water Rafting a Grade 5 river the next day!. The newsletter didn't say anything about being fit (it's quite obvious you need to be fit though!. I just got so excited I kind of forgot about that part) so I signed up!. I'm really quite unfit, and I know that if I go with a low fitness level, that they can refuse to let me go White Water Rafting and of course no refund or credit will be given!. So does anyone know how I can get at least reasonably fit in a month!? Thanks in advance (:Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
it depends what your goals are!. if you would like to be able to excell at surfing, you probably want to obtain some measure of balance, which would mean strengthening your core with situps, crunches, and lower back exercises!. additionally, you may benefit from being able to row more powerfully if you develop your upper body a bit, but to get "fit" in a month is a lofty goal!. instead, focus on simply training as much as possible, and you will have resaults!. you can work on the upper body by doing simple curls with dumbells (a challenging weight, 10 repetitions in a set, and for 3 sets), and you can do pushups to build the rest of the major arc muscles of your upper body (do them with as good form as you can until you feel a "burn")!. dont even bother opening another website about this!. tommorow, get outside!. run, jog for at least 20 minutes!. DO NOT REWARD YOURSELF WITH JUNK!. when you get home from running, 100 sit ups, then 50 pushups!. work up to not taking a break in between sit ups, or pushups, and not to stop running, in a moth, you will be in shapeWww@Answer-Health@Com

there is a great program here:

You can walk/jog every day!. Make sure to stretch - that's probably the best thing you can do consistently to get ready for the white water rafting!. have fun!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Do weightlifting and run a lot!. Ride a bike whatever!. Just stay active and you'll be fine!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Just take it easy!. Exercise (swimming, jogging), do not drink sweet drinks and do not it late at night!.
