Calories needed for low carb diet?!


Question: Calories needed for low carb diet!?
my daily calorie intake is 2226, what are the needed calories for a low-carb diet!? as in how much calorie must i take in daily!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

don't bother with low carbs-
fibre is a carb, you NEED!. FIBRE!. full stop!. do you want to completely stuff up your digestive system by being on a low-carb diet!?
you can't eat fruit, veggies, beans, or anything containing fibre or sugar!.

carbs also release t3 or something, which helps burn fat, and you burn 23% of calories from carbs converting it into fat, as opposed to burning 5% of calories from fat based food!.
you will gain waterweight like crazy when you start eating them again!.

low, no or high carb, the only way to lose weight is by creating a calorie deficit, no matter what you've been told!.
It doesn't matter if you eat bread all day- if you eat 1500 calories of carbs only a day, you'll lose more weight than if you ate 2000cals of low carb food, because you're creating a deficit!.

anyway, if you really want low carbs, eat about 1000-1500 cals each day and excercise and you should lose 1-2lb a weekWww@Answer-Health@Com
