How can i make myself workout in the morning?!
Question: How can i make myself workout in the morning!?
I have class monday through friday beginning at 9am!. I have to wake up at 7 and leave the house by 8 to walk to the bus stop and be there by 8:30am!. I have heard its more beneficial to exersise in the morning!. How can i make myself get up early in the morning and exersise!? What exersises can i do and what time should i wake up!? dont live in the best neighborhood so i would rather stay inside, i dont have any fitness equiptment other than a stability ball and a jump rope, i also have some DVD's like Tae-bo!. I want to exersise and i feel that if i dont do it 1st thing in the day i wont do it at all, i walys say i will do it after class at 5 but never get to it!. Please help1 Thanks so much everyone!

Studies show that people who work out in the morning are most likely to stick to their exercise programs!. Plus isn't it a nice feeling when you get it out of the way early!?
I walk in my neighborhood every morning!. Sometimes it is dark and cold, but I put my clothes out the night before!. Maybe you could try walking with a friend or family member if safety is a concern!.
It takes 21 days to form a new habit!. So just take it one day at a time and before you know it you will look forward to your morning workouts!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I wake up at 6am and get on the treadmill for about 45min!. everyday before heading to work at 7:30am It's AWESOME!!! Sometimes I even forget I worked out and when I get home from work at around 5:15am I feel great because I don't have to worry about working out when I'm tired from a long day!. I totally recommend it!. Just wake up earlier!. You'll get used to the routine and it'll be a piece of cake! Besides you'll be in a way better mood all day! Keeps you motivate!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
i have a stationary bike that i ride when i wake up!. works out great!
if you can't buy one, do a google search for "BURPIES" or a youtube search!. this is a great exercise to get your heart rate up! and they only use your bodyweight so very economical!.

Just try to get up and do the videos and stuff,if you really want this then nothing can hold you back!.

do a light work out like yoga or palates you will get a great stretch and energizing work out to start your dayWww@Answer-Health@Com
