Weights???????????????!

Question: Weights!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?
should i weightlift everyday or everyother day to see better resultsWww@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
If you work different muscle groups each day, you can workout everyday!. But don't work the same group back to back!. Your muscles need a recovery day!. Try back, shoulders and chest one day!. The next do legs and then the following day work your arms!. Then you can take a day break or just repeat the cycle again!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hi, OK there is no point in tiring and wearing yourself out all day! Weights, if done very well and hard, should be lifted 2-3 times a week!.
See, when you lift, (and very hard too), the muscles are broken down and they need a recovery phase which takes about 72 hours!.
What i usually do, and it works 4 me, is to do all my upper body workout on Monday and all my lower body workout on Wednesday, and then upper body on Friday, then rest on Saturday and Sunday!. The next week, you could switch to doing upper body once and lower body twice but because i so much love my upper body, i only workout my legs once a week!.
Do whichever is suitable for you but don't work out the same body part more than twice a week because it is during this recovery phase that the muscle heals itself and grows bigger and stronger so cutting back on your rest may jeopardize your hard earned workout!.!.!.!.
Good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com

I do weights five days a week mon-fri and rest at the weekend!. But as mentioned before don't repeat concentration on the same muscle groups on back to back days!. I usually focus on arms (including shoulders) and legs one day then back, 3 parts of the chest, abs and core movements the following day!. It also depends on what you are doing weights for!. Are you looking to increase size or tone up!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's really about how advanced you are!. If you've been training for less than 3 years then stick with a 3 day 1 on, 1 off split!.

A 5,6 or 7 day split is more for advanced lifters!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
