Question: Body issues! can anyone help!?!!?
ok, so i have some body issues!. its sort of embarrassing to say, but i have excess stomach and back fat! :( yes, i could just hop on a treadmill and fix that, but the other problem is that i dont want to loose my thigh and butt fat!. and i also have stretch marks on my stomach!.!.!. but im not even that big!

so i guess what im trying to ask, is there any way that i can lose my back and stomach fat without really getting rid of my thigh and butt fat!?

also, how can i get rid of the stretch marks!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hmmm!. impossible to spot reduce!.

However, if you implement cardio and proper diet (low carbs) to reduce your excess body fat, and then implement weightlifting to build up your glute muscles (your bootay) and your quadriceps (thighs) you would then be killing two birds with one stone!.

it is very difficult to build muscle while dieting but since you are a beginner, the likelihood of it happening is greater!.

stretch marks!? idk about that one!.

No, you can not choose where to lose fat!. Cardio exercise burns fat and fat is burned all over!. What you can do though is addition to cardio exercise is add a regiment of crunches to your workout!. Go on line to check out the various exercises for the different abdominal muscles!. You will want to target every one of these!. Unlike other muscles you can work your abs every day!. Be sure to do the correctly so as not to cause back or neck injury!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
