I have been eating healthy but...?!


Question: I have been eating healthy but!.!.!.!?
i have have decided to stop eating crappy foods so i eat 3-5 fruits and veggies a day and i eat lots of lentils, but im kind of constipated!.!.!. or well its just hard to go and when i go it sinks right to the bottom and its just a little bit!.!.!.why am i having this problem if im eating right!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You also need soluble fiber and olive oil in your diet!. You should make sure that at least 2 or 3 servings of veggies each day are raw, fresh, uncooked vegetables in a salad!. Use spices to taste and a tablespoon of olive oil with fresh lemon juice on the salads as a dressing!.

You do need fiber, obviously!. However, many fruits and veggies have a fair amount of fiber!. The culprit may be something else!.

How much water and liquids are you getting each day!? That's a much more likely culprit!. Eating a high-fiber requires more liquids, because dietary fiber does absorb water!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your body may just be adjusting to the changes!? Also remember eating more often will speed up your metabalism!. I began eating a little something every 2 hours a couple of months ago!.!. Since then I feel better and look better!. A fruit or veggie, almonds, etc!.!. It will keep you full and prvent from over eating/snacking when you finally reach food!! Drink apple juice, that may help the constipation as well!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Fruit is great in the morning however by the sounds of it you need more fiber in your diet!. Once you get the needed fiber you will no longer be constipated!.

Every morning eat All Bran Original cereal and you will have no problem going!. Its probably the shock on your system from the switch to healthy foods!. All Bran is the best! Www@Answer-Health@Com
