I need some ideas for filling and healthy snacks!. After dinner my family plays games or watches a movie together, and the unhealthy snacks come out!.

Usually the yogurts are low points, i think only one, and they are good too!. Also try some fat free microwave popcorn sans butter!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
almonds - because all the fat is not absorbed
