Tuna - high amount of creatine in a natural substance!. (most cans obtain 12-19 grams of protein)!.
Salmon - very similiar to the amount of protein in tuna (11-19 grams), tuna usually has more!.
Chicken - high amount of protein, not exactly sure of amount per serving
Fish - extremely high in protein, tilapia for example has approximately 25 grams per fish!.
Eggs - commonly 6 grams per egg

I'm a vegetarian, so I use a lot of meat substitutes to get my protein!. Beans, chickpeas, nuts, soy, tofu!. They shouldn't cause you to gain any weight!. I would search "you are what you eat" (a BBC television show) or "meat alternatives" in Google!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Natural sources of protein are beans, eggs, and red meat!. However, you can buy mix for protein shakes, but be careful; make sure to exercise while taking in large amounts of protein because too much without exercise is fattening!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I am a vegetarian and Im allergic to nuts so I find it really hard to get protein so I take lysine pills and eat a lot of soy!. thats how I get mine, also a lot of beans!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
