I'm trying to be healthy!. any ideas for a snack!?

an apple, a vanilla light and fit yogurt, a jello sugar free snack (only 10 calories), a piece of whole wheat toast with a lil bit of jelly, a whole carrot or a few baby carrots, a glass of fat free milk, a banana, strawberries, grapes, a boiled egg white (only eat the white part bec that's the part with protein and no cholesterol), a protein bar (has a lot of cals), 1 glass of green tea (no cals!), a fat free or reduced fat string cheese, mixed cooked veggies!.!.!.!.

Basically any fruit, veggie, low fat or fat free dairy product is good!. Look in the back of products for nutrition facts!. You don't wanna a lot of calories, you don't want saturated or trans fats, you don't want a lot of carbs, you don't want a lot of sodium, and you don't want a lot of sugar!.
You want a lot of protein, dietary fiber, calcium, potassium, and all that good stuff!.

celery, grapefruit, and lettuce are all negative calories!. (you burn more calories eating it than it actually has in it!.)

Fruits and veggies!. You can pair them up with other healthy alternatives like apples and peanut butter or carrots and ranch dressing!. You can't go wrong with fruits and veggies!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
