Is there a proper way for breathing while doing ab workouts?!


Question: Is there a proper way for breathing while doing ab workouts!?
b-cuz i find it more effective when i breathe in air when i contract the abs (going up in crunches) then exhale when i extend!.Www@Answer-Health@Com


Answers:
That is exactly opposite of what you need to do!. You should exhale on the contraction to make the muscle tighter and inhale on the opposition!. I, however, am a believer that as long as you're oxygenating your muscles you're doing okay!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
