Question: Solid six pack, Fight Club Style!. How do you get them!?
Have you watched the movie never back down!? I know its a dumb one, but that's not the point!.
They have awesome six packs! How do they do it!? Even better looking ones in fight club! I WANT THAT

come on guys, yes, you guys with awesome six packs!.!.!. tell me how you do it, like what i should do, how many of them i should do!.!.!.etc!.

Lose weight!.!.Cardio, cardio, cardio!.!.Eat well and once you lose most of your weight do some weights and crunches!. Go to the gym, since they have all the equipment!.!.40 mins of cardio 3-4 times a week at 75-80% of your maximum capacity!.!.and do like 20 mins of light weights to tone up your major muscles groups!.!.Once you've lost the belly blubber, do some crunches on a machine and add weights!.!.Do less (about 3 series of 8) but they have to be very heavy!.!.and that's how you get muscles!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

There is no secret on how to get a sixpack!. You eat healthy and do cardio and some crunches!. You need to eat a strict diet and get your bodyfat percentage really low!. Few people have the disclipine to eat healthy and do consistent cardio!. Strip all the fat off your body and you'll see them!. Do some oblqiue crunches and regular crunches a few times a week you dont have to do a lot and you'll see them,Www@Answer-Health@Com

sorry but you cant get them in a month or two but go to the gym and go to the angled sit up bench type thing where you lay back and start off with small size weights of however you are compfortable with or an asome one is if you have a chin up bar accesable throw your legs up around the chin up bar and hang upside down and do upside down sit ups they really work but a few of my buddies arent able too do them but i donno i donty think its that hard but idn see what you think and the girls love the abs man im liking you want em the girls will come a running
