When working out and you get sore the next day....?!
Question: When working out and you get sore the next day!.!.!.!.!?
should you push thru the pain and do another workout or should you take a day off!? I'm mostly doing cardio work outs, but I really got sore with some round house kicks yesterday!. I'm just afraid to miss a work out!. What should I do!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hi i am glad you are asking this question because it is important you get the proper rest for your work outs personally this is what i do Monday is chest and back Wednesday is legs and biceps/triceps and Friday is chest and back again!. when you work out your muscle tissue tares and it takes at least 48 hours to repair e some times 72 but that means you are over working your muscles!. email if you got any questions!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
