I have gone from being anorexic to binge eating and gaining a lot of weight back!. im miserable and no one seems to understand!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The same thing happened to me when I recovered from anorexia!. It was really bad at first and I gained a ton of weight!. Now three years later my weight has gone back to pretty much where I was before ana but I still have problems with bingeing (usually 1-2 times a week)!. It never makes sense why I do it either because I hate myself and am miserable every single time I binge!. I wish I could give you advice on what to do but I don't know either!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
