5 grams is a standard creatine serve!. This is dependant on the type of creatine you have!. It is recommended that you load with creatine for a period most likely specified on tub/ container whatever it is you keep your creatine in!. It is very important to follow the directions on the container to the letter!. Taking too much will do you no good!. Some of the creatine powders work better than others!. The cheaper products tend to give me cramps!. I only stay on a cycle 6 weeks at the max and give myself a break from it because I tend to plateau!. i usually take about half of what they recommend!. Alot of the time when you "load" or take the doses you end up pissing out the creatine!. So I would recommend taking about half of what they say and hit the weights hard!. The gains will come, you just have to eat right and exerciseWww@Answer-Health@Com
