Whats a good way to build muscle quickly with basic equipment?!
Question: Whats a good way to build muscle quickly with basic equipment!?
I only have limited amounts of equipment, a bench, 55 kg (about 120 pounds) of weight, two dumbells (can put weight on them), a boxing bag, and I've got a bar that I can do chin ups and pullups on!.
Would like to build muscle in my arms and torso mainly but I would actually prefer a good whole body workout, I work out a bit but not much and I'm still a bit of a newb!. I can't afford to go to a gym!. Also how long should I work out for!?

would be alot simpler and cheap to start buying *men's Health* magazines at the local store, or your local supermart, they usually have good exercises for what you want!.!.!.
theres a few steps to consider when wanting to build muscles!.!.!.!.alot of protein intake,Explosive reps with the weights and that means pressing/pulling/pushing the weight as fast as possible, and when doing these, do 2x less reps then what amount of reps you do when you normally do curls,and such!.
a boxing bag won't help you gain muscles, just power, so i suggest keep the bag for cardio before every workout to get you warmed up before any heavy workouts!. :)
and the most important step in gainin muscles is getting enough sleep, atleast 7-8 hours a day because your muscles tissue need rest every day to repair themselves while you sleep!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
