Question: Will i lose weight!? if i eat my usual low fat healthy diet but i walk for an hour a day extra!?

I started this around 6 months ago!. it's really good BUT, the extra exercise makes me very hungry and it is hard to stick to a low fat healthy diet when exercising!! its a lovely way to exercise though!.

also you need to walk briskly, so you get warm and slightly out of breath, with a feeling of sweat, Its no good just slowly walking along otherwise there's no effect!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, you would probably loose around 2-3 pounds a week!. Maybe more since your on a low fat diet

Sure you will - why because regular walking will increase your basal metabolic rate which burns up more calories whether you're sitting, sleeping or washing the dishes!. There are also lots of other benefits you'll reap as well!.
