If I do these exercises three times a week?!


Question: If I do these exercises three times a week!?
Pull ups, Deadlifts, Bench Press!. I am thinking of forgetting about simple dumbell exercise, such as bicep curls etc as im thinking compound exercises are the way ahead>!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

compounds are not just great for beginners!.!.!.!.everyone should do them!.!.!.are our muscles designed to be used in isolation!? no!!!

stick in a bent over row or tbar row and you have a decent basis of a "full body" routine!.

vertical push + pull
horizontal push + pull
squats and deads

I don't understand your question but yeah compound exercises are better for beginners undoubtedly!. Add squats to that list as well!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
