How to fight off cravings?!


Question: How to fight off cravings!?
I have recently decided to lose some weight so I do not become a fat ***, but I am having the most difficult time fighting cravings! I do not have cravings for chocolate or stuff like that, but more for salty and cheesy snacks like Salt and Vinegar chips and stuff like that!. How can I fight off these cravings so I do not sabotage my diet!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well I eat little of it- or a substitute!.

Like when I craved bagels I bought one and cut 1/8 and ate it with my breakfast
& when I want chocolate I eat coco puffs instead!.
And I totally know what you mean about salt& vinegar chips!! Try to eat it slowly and with small bites- and don't eat past 6/7!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Get away from the snacks!. Go run, hang out with friends, go shopping, take a hike! Anything to get out as much as possible!. Try to stay busy, so you won't have time to gorge yourself in delicious, fat snacks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i would love to just dig on some hearty meal!!
im on a diet though, and it'll be my sixth day tomorrow!.
im holding it in though!. only your will power can fight off cravings!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eat a little bit of it to satisfy your craving!.
