I want to exercise more but don't know where to begin? Help?!


Question: I want to exercise more but don't know where to begin!? Help!?
Hi!. I took PE last year, and I got a great exercise!. But I had to quit PE for the rest of the school year last year (About 1 1/2 months) because I broke my wrist one day in PE!. This year I had the chance to take again, but my mom said she didn't want me to because I got hurt way to much for her to pay for so I took something else!. But now I found that I really need to eat more healthy and exercise more, but I don't really know where to begin!. Help!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

You can start by eating healthy(it sounds as if you are already starting that)!. Once you get going there, one great way to get in shape is to run!. Running is a great way to stay in shape and be healthy!. I get that all people are not everyone is a "good" runner, but everyone can run!. Even if its just a 30 min!. jog, its a lot easier once you get going for about a week!. After that, it is also good to do just normal thing, ex!. push-ups, sit-ups, and things like that, to built bodily straight!. If you are not happy with that, you can always join a team, find a sport you like, try out, or just go out and maybe shoot hoops at a nearby park or what ever, but even walking is great!. For someone starting to exercise, i would not recommend starting with 3 mile runs and 7 minute miles!. Try doing something like jogging, dancing or something you will sweat from!. Or get a Wii and buy Wii Fit(just a suggestion)!. Its a great game!. Good Luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you can't go to a gym start walking, biking, or get and exercise ball and dvd tutorial!. There are many fitness dvds to choose from that you can do at home!. Or turn on the music and just dance!. Just move!Www@Answer-Health@Com

3 miles 3 times a week!. Aim for 7 minutes a mile!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

The best exercise is free! Walking!! Start slow and work your way up!. Also if you have access to a gym swimming is wonderful, and exercises every muscle in your body!! Good luck :-)Www@Answer-Health@Com
