Can you burn fat off by doing exercise whilst hungry?!


Question: Can you burn fat off by doing exercise whilst hungry!?
Since your body doesn't have food for energy, it would use its own energy source (fat)!.

Is this a modest sensible way to help to keep in shape, by doing a workout when you get up, then having breakfast, instead of having breakfast, then doing a workout!?

not really a "healthy" idea, its sounds like Communism, it looks good on paper!. NO, if you don't eat, your body will eat your muscle!. I don't know if you want that, so eat before you exercise, or right after, because if you don't, its not healthy!.

As for part two, it better to eat AFTER if your doing more of a vigorous workout, but your body NEEDS fuel!!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

i always work out and then eat because if i eat and then workout, after i'm done my body thinks its starving and i get hunger pains!. so i eat before so i feel full afterwards!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
