I currently weight 155 pounds, 5'7, and I'm 28 yrs!. old

Eat smaller portions!. Eat healthy foods and take a multivitamin!. That helps eliminate cravings!. Eat more protein and lower your carb intake!. Don't eat after 6:00 p!.m!.
