Why can't I workout properly?!

Question: Why can't I workout properly!?
I've stopped working out for three months!. Today I decided to give it another try!. I came home from school, and then I started to work out!. I performed horribly!. I was a disgrace!. It seemed as though I barely tried at all!. The problem was if I kept going, I was almost certain I'd puke!. It happened once in gym in eighth grade when I was supposed t0 jog 100 laps!. I threw up around 50 in the bathroom when I was excused!. I was about 20 pounds overweight back then!. Somehow I've lost around 20 pounds over the years!. Now alot of people actually say I'm too skinny and lack muscles!. Now, I am 6'1" weighing 165-175 pounds!. I haven't been keeping track!. Every morning when I go to school, I eat half a bagel from dunkin donuts, and I don't eat anything at all throughout the school day!. Could that be an explanation to why I almost threw up!? Am I lacking energy from food!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
It sounds like you answered your own question!. Your body is just like a car!. It needs fuel to run!. When it's empty, it's empty!. You also need to keep in mind that 3 months is a long time to stop working out and you can't expect for your body to preform at the same intensity or duration as it did when you stopped!. Go easier on your workout by using lighter weights, less reps or shorter circuits!. If it's cardiovascular workout, go for a shorter amount of time!. For instance run for 10 minutes, next week 15, next week shoot for 2 miles or something like that!. But for God's sake, eat something!

gotta eat more during the day!. Your body has no fuel to use and no energy to burn!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
