Answers:
Should be fine if you don't go with too much weight!. I think most 14 year old guys wouldn't do more than in the 50-70 pound range at 10 reps, so if you're doing 20, just be very careful that it's not too much!. It won't build muscle well, and you can get quite hurt!. I would guess if you're doing 20 reps try 30-40 pounds to start and see how it feels!. This may mean you'll also need to use the two-dumbell technique instead of the main bench bar, since some bars are set at 50lb minimums!. (though I know that there are some 30 & 40lb bars around -- ask someone who would know!.)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Doing 8-10 reps would be a lot better!. 20 reps won't do much for you!. That's too many reps!. With 8-10 reps you can build strength and muscle!. 4-6 rep is mostly for gaining mass!. 10-12 reps is for toning!. !?Make sure you always have a spotter with you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It is if you have upper body strenght but if you dont then DONT! that has bad idea written all over it! but also dont forget to stretch so you dont pull a muscle and possibly drop the weight on yourself!Www@Answer-Health@Com

20 reps is to much
it wont do anything to you!.!.!.well benifitial anywaysWww@Answer-Health@Com
