Answers:
i used to do this too!. but to motivate yourself you can keep a picture of an ideal body of a model you want to achieve!.!. think "if i stick to it, i can look like that someday!." and 2 granola bars is not good!.!.!. maybe an apple and a granola bar!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Ok first you need to talk to your doctor and decided if losing 25 lbs is a realistic goal for you!. Depending on your height and weight that might not be healthy!.

Second if it is okay with your doctor, they will go over a healthy diet plan with you!. One that hopefully will keep you satisfied with you intake and not have the cravings!. Even if you do have cravings though you need to be strong enough to put them aside if you truly want to lose that weight!.

Good Luck and dont forget to consult your doctor before beginning any diets!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Exercise is your best bet!. It doesn't have to be in a gym, start off by walking every day as much as you can and you will be amazed how you will firm up and slim down!. I find drinking coffee suppresses my appetite a bit!. Good luck, but remember, there is more to you than your body! Love yourself!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

granola bars are good diet food, when you got hungry after school you should have ate some more granola bars to kill the hunger,or something else with little or no fat,and the way to stay confident is to think about how good you will look and feel after you lose the weight!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sorry never needed to diet!. But I do exercise daily!. Try that instead of starving yourself!. I can eat whatever I want!. And however much I want!. You may gain weight at first but it's only muscle!. Most important!.!.!.!.!.!.be happy with yourself now matter how much you weigh!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

First of all!.!.!. that is not a diet!. That's eating like crap!. You can not loose weight healthy by doing it that way!. Eat lots of fruits and veggies and water!.!.!. sounds cliche!.!. but will workWww@Answer-Health@Com

2 granola bars is not a good lunch!. No wonder you wanted a "cheat treat" after school, something with some energy level to it!.

Suggest you try the South Beach phase 2 plan or the Atkins phase 4!.

Either of the above allows for plenty of good fruits and veggies and some meat for food planning!. The thing to avoid is heavy starchy carbs such as potatoes, carrots, corn, peas, cereals, pastas, breads, and rices!.

Do plan in one chocolate eclair ice cream for every week you stay on your chosen food plan!. It helps to get rid of the guilts for breaking diet plan, and it prevents any craving of the "forbidden" foods!.

No, this isn't "fast" weight loss, but it is a steady weight loss with plenty of vitamins, minerals and proteins!. You don't have to stick as tightly as I do to it, But you do have to eat good foods to exist in this life!.

Suggest for breakfast that you get up and fix bacon or sausage and eggs with a slice of buttered toast!. This will get you going for the morning and make school easier to deal with!.
Then for lunch have a lovely salad, I prefer Chef Salads with real dressing!. Not the vinegary sour stuff!. I know the cafeteria serves salads and they cannot ruin a salad!.
For dinner eat whatever your mother fixes but try hard to leave off the pastas and breads and rices!.

I like apples for snacks! Sliced with cream cheese or peanut butter!. And a glass of milk or juice, no cokes!

You can do this and stay healthy!. But you cannot do it fast!! It will come back even faster!! Do Not get so skinny that your clothes don't fit properly!! Skinny as a skeleton with some hide draped over it is not at all pretty!Www@Answer-Health@Com
