I need FUN ways to exersize?!


Question: I need FUN ways to exersize!?
Im not lazy, I just cant stand to workout!.
I used to workout 2-3 hours a day [using fitness DVDs] but after doing them each 935723895 times, I got pretty bored!.
So, what are some ways to workout that dont feel like working out!.
It was pretty easy in the summer, but its sooo hard when I cant go outside!.
Tips!?
Oh, and I dont consider my tredmile fun eathier, haha!.

I find working out boring too, but I have found that Dancing is the answer for me! That way it is always different because I can use any music, make up all my own moves, and it only requires something to play the music so it isn't expensive!. It burns around 500 calories an hour and can be inside year-round!. It makes you flexible and tones all of your muscles!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Dancing :) I do hip hop dance!. It is different every class, it is fun learning new routines and you work the muscles you didn't even know were there!. You can try and do different dance classes also so you don't get as bored, so do hip hop one day, jazz etc or what ever you like!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

get some interesting CD books you have been meaning to read, put them on your IPOD or whatever and go walking!. You can walk in the mall, museum, big stores, etc as well as outside!. Put some effort into the walking!.

It is totally amazing how many calories one can burn and listen to the "books" at the same time!.

Go to a pool which has water slides; climbing up the steps towards them each time is hard work but burns loads of calories, not to mention giving you FANTASTIC leg muscles, then you can have a fantastic shimmy down the slide for all your hard work! Great fun!Www@Answer-Health@Com

i like jumping rope or jumping on a mini trampoline!. i guess it just depends on wat you like to do!. i like jumping around alot i guess haha!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Wii Fit!. Its really really fun and you actually get a great workout!. I suggest it!. Of course, you need to buy a Wii and Wii Fit and that will run you upwards of 350 bucks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
