Is swimming a good workout to get bigger biceps and pecks and to improve abs?!


Question: Is swimming a good workout to get bigger biceps and pecks and to improve abs!?
I have recently begun to swim instead of lifting weights because I find that it more fun and enjoyable!. But can I get the same results this way!? Currently I am swim 13 laps a day and every day I go an additional 2 laps!. Any thoughts!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, swimming is a GREAT way to improve your upper body and abs especially!. (if you want a good ab workout grab a kick board and dolphin kick with your legs together)!. As far as biceps and pecks try a one arm swim and learn the "breast stroke!." 13 laps a day is good but you'll notice that it will get easier to do more and more!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
