Answers:
forget your weight, this is so unhealthy!. focus on eating a variety of healthy foods, balancing carbs with protein but don't overeat, and excercise don't just sit around!. Fruits, veggies, whole grain, fiber, protein, calcium, everything will make you feel better and fill you up without filling you out!. The more unprocessed the food, the healthier and better you feel, so that is what matters!. And anyway, just your height and weight are not enough to determine if you should lose or gain some, that is up to your doctor, because there are curves to consider, and even bmi is not always correct!.
If you don't want to look bloated, skip mositure-absorbing bread in the morning and grapes which give you gas in your stomach, again giving you a more bloated look (like your period)!. Whatever you doctor says about your eating habits and weight is best, so definetly talk to him!. i'm also fourteen and a little insecure, but i just eat healthy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Wow wtf do you think your doing!? Are you trying to become anorexic because thats what it looks like!. You are on the border of underweight literally!. I would say gain 5 lbs but at the same time exercise to stay healthy and eat right!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
