Sick should i go to gym? need answers quickly!?!


Question: Sick should i go to gym!? need answers quickly!!?
on monday i came down with something - my head feels hot, my throat kinda hurts, i have a headache and im tired!. i skipped the gym tuesday!. today i feel a bit better than yesterday, and i have my first training session with a personal trainer tonight!. i still feel tired, my throats hurts and i have a headache!.
my trainer forgot about my training session on monday (thats when it was supposed to be) so thats why i have it today!.
should i go to it or not!?
ive been looking really forward to it but im not sure if it will make me worse or not, what should i do!?
and if i dont go will my personal trainer be pissed that i cancel at the last minute!

oh my god that is so weird cause i have the EXACT same thing right now! i had a temp, a headache, and a sore throat and i was super tired!. i have skipped the gym these last 3 days too!. dont go cause you might make other people sick your yourself worse!. just wait until next week!. good luck and hope you feel better!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'd skip it because if you go then you might get sicker or get other people sick including your personal trainer!
