the most important thing do you notice the differences in your body or by wearing old clothes!.!.!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

There is a difference between what your mind thinks is an ideal weight, and what your body knows is an ideal weight!. Your mind is mostly influenced by magazines with beauty ideals, your body is mostly influenced by millions of years of genetic programming!. Your body has not caught up with the fact that it will not starve to death if it eats less, so it will try to hold on to the fat!. In order to get to your ideal weight you need to seriously eat less and keep the weight off for longer than a year in order to let your body know that this is the new situation and it better get used to it!. Do not take it to extremes, however!. And take your time for this process!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

This is very normal on a diet!

The science is that when you first start a diet, you body in in-efficient in processing food, because you may be eating too much originally which mean food wasn't stored and most it just 'passes' through!.

When you go on a diet, you find you may lose weight at the start very quickly, because your system is use to this-inefficient process, and your food just passes through without being stored!.

However, the more weight you lose, this system becomes more efficient in processing food, so it will slow down the time it takes for it to pass through your body!.

So, the fact its hard to lose those last few pounds shows you that your diet IS working, and keep it up!.!.!. you will eventually lose those pounds and your body will be much better off for it!.

Consult your doctor for more info!.

Hope this helps, good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
