My exercises of choice is to take my iPod and make a play list of about twenty to thirty minutes and jog till it stops!. I LOVE music so this is my favorite exercise, and I try to do it every day to get the best results!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I try to walk every day!. I have ankle and arm weights!. I walk up and down curbs, jog a block at a time sporatically (bad joints)
Besides that, I go to cable & find excersise shows!. Girls Next Door's Kendra was pretty good (squat - kick - punch) Www@Answer-Health@Com

Walking around the beach especially on hot days!. I can do it for hours and it is exercise and my feet enjoys the nice water and soft sand!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Brazilian Jiujitsu!. I find it easier to exercise when I'm doing something I find fun rather than just running on a treadmill or elliptical!. Doesn't feel like a chore that way!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I workout at Curves and I really like it!. It's nice to workout with a group of other women and you can pick the pace you can handle!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
slowly begin walking and as you gradually think it starts to get easier start jogging and then running it's really nice and lets out any energy toward anger =)Www@Answer-Health@Com
