Question: Help with getting fit!?
i had lost a lot of weight in the past year and im pretty happy!.But the thing is i want to tighten my skin so i can complete what i want!. i want to know what are the best exercises to do that can tighten my body!. (especially the abs and thighs) plez and thxsWww@Answer-Health@Com

Unfortunately, that last little bit of fat will be the hardest to lose!. At this point, I'd suggest just focusing on continued exercise and healthy eating (not necessarily dieting, but sticking to good eating habits), and start some strength training to increase your muscle tone which may help stretch out the abs and thighs a bit!. Eventually, that last little bit of fat will come off slowly but surely!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Crunches, squats, lunges, walking, bicycling!.

try strengthening excersizes like yoga or pilates!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
