Question: How long will it take a skinny 14 year old to tone up!?
I am pretty slim, i run cross country and track and i use an exercise ball and occasionally use my 8 or 10 pound free weights!. so how long will it take me to tone up on my arms and legs!?!?!? By the way i have bone skinny arms help!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I've heard if you don't have much extra skin it can take at least three months!. Extra skin will take longer definitely!. I'm pretty sure you don't have much so it'll be awhile but you'll get there!Www@Answer-Health@Com
