Question: How many cals should I be eating to lose weight!?
I am trying to lose abtou 25 lbs!. My BMR is 1511!. I burn about 300 cals on my elliptical at night!. So how many cals should I be eating in order to lose weight!? 1200!? more!? less!??Www@Answer-Health@Com

C is the amount of calories you need daily to maintain your current weight!.
As 1lb equates to 3500 calories you need reduce "C" by 500 calories a day to lose 1lb a week!.!.!.1000 calories a day to lose 2lb a week!. this can be done by reducing food intake by 500 calories a day and increasing exercise to burn off another 500 a day!. seems complicated but it isnt really!. good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
