Why is it I've put ON weight when I've been watching what I eat and exer!

Question: Why is it I've put ON weight when I've been watching what I eat and exercising more!?
I know it's only been 4 days, but compared to when I weighed myself 4 days ago - since then, I've been eating really healthy (compared to how I used to eat!) and working out for an extra hour a day, plus walking more!.
I felt really good about it, and I was certain I'd have easily lost 2 lbs by the end of the week!.!.!.!. But 4 days in!.!.!. the scales tell me I've put on a pound!

How could this be do you think!?

Another mystery is, a while ago now!.!.!. when I was eating healthy, exercising, etc, etc!.!.!.!. I was on a roll for a good 2 months or so (before I lapsed) and then all of a sudden, started binge eating on just junk! McDonald's, milkshakes!.!.!. you name it, everything fattening you could think of! (big mistake)
YET!.!.!. I lost 4 lbs in just over a week, which I'd never done before!.

I'm just a little confused by all this that's all!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Your gaining muscle and muscle weighs more than fat!. Your body usually builds muscle for a couple of weeks, then you'll start to loose the weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It might due to the fact that you start exercising, and therefore, you build muscles and this contributes to your weight gain!. If this is the case, I think there is nothing to be worried about!. Observe your condition for a longer period of time to determine the real cause of your weight gain!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Daily fluctuations are common!. don't weigh yourself more than once a week!. Fluid retention is common!. Hormones and glycogen lead to water retention!. Stick with it!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

It could be water weight OR
