When you are trying to lose weight and you eat a big meal (cheat) do you....?!
Question: When you are trying to lose weight and you eat a big meal (cheat) do you!.!.!.!.!?
keep on eating big meals for a few days and then try again or do you jump right back on track next meal!?
I do the first usually lol!.!.!. excuses!.
I am always on the quest to lose 5 to 10 pounds, I have been doing good since Sunday, but last night I ended up going to dinner and I was waaaaaaaaay too hungry for a salad by that point in the day!. I had grilled cheese and fries (since I am vegetarian)!. After that I figured, hey my period is almost here, etc etc I will just eat bad stuff until it comes and then try again!.!.!. BUT for once, I didnt!. So here I sit eating carrots and hummus and soybeans asking what do you do!? Fall off the wagon for a few dauys or jump right back on!?

I jump right back on!.!. I try to allow myself 1 or 2 cheat meals per week, but even those i try to keep small portions!.

The key for losing weight is not difficult - eat less and workout more often - the issues appear when we in reality try to put that into operation! There are lots of temptations out there aren't there!?! I discovered some excellent help by following the website in the box below, they have lots of guidance, I melted away 7 pounds by doing as they advised!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I usually get right back on the bandwagon but it's hard!. I tended to cheat only rarely!.

the above scenario is another reason why we shouldn't go to very low calorie/starvation diets!. We binge!
when we diet CORRECTLY, by eating LOTS OF NUTRIENT DENSE foods, we are always full!. When i go to sleep at night, my stomach is BIG n FULL!. but i wake up, thinner then the morning before!.
unfortunately, as is obvious by 95% of these questions, we are afraid of food!. Teens especially, but adults as well!. So we don't eat!. And guess what!? We never progress either!. It's more than a coincidence folks!.
Actually, high end athelete, who are ripped and muscular, eat a tremondous amount of food!. One well respected trainer calls it "G-Flux"!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
