Question: I am 13 how many push ups and sit ups should i do daily!? !?
i can do about 50 push ups and 50-60 sit ups!. My weight is 90 lbs!. My height is about 4ft 7inch!. yes i know i am short!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Do as many Push-ups and sit-ups as u can do every night for six days straight!. then take a rest day to let your body heal up!. dont worry if you cant do as many sit ups as you could yesterday, your body just isnt used to it!. make sure you get lots of sleep and eat plenty of protein!. hope this hepled and good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com

Instead of doing push-ups do crunches!. You just move up a little bit not all the way to your knees!. As long as your abs are getting that push it doesn't make a difference weather you or crunches or sit ups!. This way you can do more ;)

I would say 30ish!. I do 20 push-ups everyday because I'm always the last one in for P!.E!. so I have to do push-ups :/ But I've really gotten better!. No joke,, at the begging of the school year I could barely do one push-up and now I'm pro :))

You should only need to do about 30 push-ups and maybe like 50~60 sit ups a day,some schools have tests for that stuff and 30 push-ups is a 10/10 and 50 situps is a 10/10Www@Answer-Health@Com
